there are those who say this couldn’t happen here. but with record unemployment in many of america’s inner cities, and with our politicians mainly concerned- not with jobs for us- but with their own reelection by courting lobbyists instead of listening to constituents. i believe it not only could happen here but, unless priorities in washington dc are rearranged and quickly, it is inevitable that people will be fed up with accepting crumbs from a government doling out trillions to the wealthy corporations who pay them to do their bidding.

the indifference of our government to the plight of  our poor and unemployed is as reckless as leaving a magnifying glass near dry grass in the hot sun.  eventually something will combust.
