when you pay huge premiums for insurance you assume you are covered right?
well, the insurance lobby has been hard at work hoping you won’t notice this HB 555 slithering its way through the halls of our legislature.
sounds like the only thing covered in this bill are the profits for insurance companies. if you are injured or sick, you can expect the bite from this serpent will make things much worse for all of us insurance rate payers if it passes.
unless you are an insurance company, this bill sucks for you. be sure and contact your legislator. hearings tomorrow march 16 at 9:00. the serpent’s sponsor is
STEVE FITZPATRICK (R) gee- wonder what his interest is?
he’s a lawyer for a firm that represents a lot of insurance companies judging by their client list……

just guessing here, but i bet mr fitzpatrick is doing a good job of representing his clients with his bill here. the question is………. does he represent the voters in his district who stand to lose a lot of coverage with this slithering piece of garbage. it needs to die.
give your representative a heads up and while you are at it- give mr fitzpatrick a piece of your mind concerning what our legislature is supposed to represent…. fitzpatricks@bresnan.net
he can represent his clients on his own time. the people of montana are paying him to represent the people.
